Summary
Primary responsibility for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led delivery and maintenance of Digital/technical training programs for new hire staff. Work closely with the department to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training to healthcare employees at all levels.

-Delivers instruction in the use of software and other technologies.
-Prepares lesson plans, including methods, materials, and documentation to be presented in class.
-Assesses the users' training needs and proposes solutions for a diverse training population.
-Design and administer user proficiency assessments.
-Provide coaching to individual users as assigned.
-Maintain knowledge and proficiency through relevant educational forums.
-Participate in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
-Provide input into the development of training curriculum.
Education Bachelor's Degree Adult & Continuing Education preferred or Bachelor's Degree Computer Science preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in adult education and/or curriculum design 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Demonstrated ability to learn new application software and systems. - Strong organization, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
