Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Grant Administrator based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of grant and research administration activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing, submitting, and monitoring grant proposals, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, and collaborating with research teams and administrative staff. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and providing guidance on grant-related policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Grant Administration and Research Administration, including preparation, submission, and oversight of grant proposals
- Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, managing budgets, and generating reports
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external stakeholders, and funding agencies
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management within research or healthcare settings
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and institutional grant regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
