What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Fellow Psychiatry position at Massachusetts General Hospital?
Required:
Knowledge of mental illness, health behaviors, behavior change, and exposure to behavioral interventions
Previous experience working with older adults in clinical research settings
Previous experience in recruiting and enrolling research participants in the community
Knowledge of strategies for research engagement
Experience with protocol development
Experience with data collection and management
Previous experience with research publications
Knowledge of and ability to lead quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail
Equipment, Machine, or Tool Requirements:
Computers, general office and communication equipment.
Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Canva
REDCap, R, STATA, and other biostatistical applications
