Anticipated responsibilities include:
Attend and actively contribute to regular research group meetings, providing updates on progress, discussing challenges, and collaborating with team members on research strategies and findings. Conduct literature reviews to identify relevant research and technologies. Prepare and compose research presentations. Present findings at internal meetings, academic conferences, or other professional platforms. Conduct statistical analysis of various healthcare datasets, applying appropriate data analysis techniques to interpret and summarize research results. Collaborate with team members on experimental design and results interpretation.
Creative thinking, ability to work independently, a willingness to learn new software and skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are expected.Priority goes to highly motivated and organized individuals, committed to doing impactful research, with great attention to detail.

Familiarity with at least one of these subjects is required:
- Collection, cleaning, and organization of healthcare data, ensuring quality, privacy, and security.
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems and operations, particularly in areas like radiology or hospital operations is required.
Familiarity with at least one of these subjects is preferred:
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB), optimization tools (e.g., Gurobi, PuLP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

- Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships
- Strong work ethic and excellent organization skills

Education:

Cubicle based working environment at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. Access to desktop or laptop computer with relevant software, local area network for file storage and printer access, telephone services, and general office supplied as needed.
