Essential Functions
- Inspects sites to determine the most appropriate flooring solutions.
- Removes existing flooring and discards this material, if applicable.
- Prepares the work surface by applying adhesive, grouting, or other appropriate materials.
- Installs wood, carpeting, tiles, concrete, and other types of flooring.
- Ensures that the flooring materials are well-positioned, secure, and clean.
- Educates clients about suitable care for their floors.

- Familiarity with floor installation procedures.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and maneuver heavy equipment.
