Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal/communications skills, and a good command of the English language.
* Information Systems/Technology Skills: Exceptional computer skills: MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, e-mail, Internet, spreadsheets, and scheduling.
* Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to organize time and priorities effectively, asking for direction when appropriate. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly and to ensure confidentiality guidelines are maintained.
* Professional knowledge: An understanding of graduate medical education preferred but not required.
* Experience with New Innovations Residency Management System is highly desirable, but not required.
* Desktop publishing skills (Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat), preferred, but not required.
* Familiarity with office procedures; faxing, copying and filing.
