Massachusetts Eye Associates is a well-established and growing eye care practice. We offer a full range of services -- sub-specialty care for retina, oculoplastics, general ophthalmology with specialists in cornea, glaucoma, cataract and Lasik surgery, primary optometric eye care and contact lenses.
We are looking for a full-time scribe/technician to work in our busy multi-office setting. This individual is expected to accurately document the patient's medical history and chief complaint, perform refractions and diagnostic tests, and obtain the patient’s intraocular pressure. Ideally, this candidate will have experience as an ophthalmic or optometric tech with a genuine desire to continue their work in eye care and obtain/maintain their certification. As a scribe you will be expected to document physician findings during exams,assist with patient flow and perform diagnostic testing for the physician.
