Experience in audiology practice, preferably with some years of experience as a licensed audiologist, 3-5 years required and Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, 2-3 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of audiologists and support staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of audiological principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment options for patients of all ages.
Proficiency in performing audiological evaluations, interpreting test results, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
