Serve as an Office Assistant for the Student Engagement Office
Provide support as a front-end customer service representative
Daily office function support: filing, answering phones, copying and other office duties
Create planning processes for the summer to prepare for the Fall & Spring semester for OSE, SAC, GSC & MERC
May be assigned special projects throughout the summer
Replace postings on bulletin boards throughout campus
Create flyers and posters as needed
Deliver important information to departments across campus
Communicate with various departments on campus and off campus contractors/vendors
Support the office in commuter student initiatives
Job Requirements:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and other layout and design programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organization skills
Positive personality
Ability to work with structure and also independently
Flexible work schedule
