Job Description:
Hours: 5-10 depending on the needs of the department
Salary: 16.00 per hour
This job primarily involves reserving and signing out equipment while providing technical advice to students.
Working location is primarily within the equipment storage room of the Studio for Interrelated Media but often extends to other SIM spaces like the Pozen Center and other classrooms. Includes collaboration with other students as well as with SIM studio managers.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled SIM Major or Graduate Student in good academic standing;
- Ability to maintain frequent communication with Studio managers and faculty;
- Organized and self-motivated;
- Skilled in online communication, digital audio and video editing and distribution;
- Understands SIM procedures and policies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of audio and visual equipment
- Ability to learn Webcheckout software
- Problem solving skills
- Positive and helpful customer service skills
Additional Requirements:
- Sophomore, junior, senior SIM Major, or graduate student.
- Applicants must be available between 11 am and 1:30 pm on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Applicants must enjoy problem solving and talking with other students about their project ideas.
