Role Summary

As a member of our school's support team, you'll be a catalyst for a safe, nurturing, and efficient school environment. You'll help ensure students are well-nourished, safely transported, or have clean, orderly spaces to learn, directly contributing to their overall well-being and success. Your efforts will help students feel seen, heard, and supported, making a tangible, positive impact on their daily school experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will vary based on the specific assignment (e.g., Kitchen Aide, Bus Aide), but generally include:
• Provide Direct Support in assigned areas (e.g., preparing and serving meals, assisting students on the school bus, or cleaning/organizing supplies).
• Ensure Safety and Order for students during transition times, meals, or transportation.
• Adhere to all school and departmental policies and procedures (e.g., food safety, student supervision guidelines).
• Communicate effectively with school administrators, faculty, and other support staff as needed to address issues or report concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area (e.g., cafeteria, kitchen, bus seating).
