Key Responsibilities:
Direct Supervision (60%)
- Oversee and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering ABA services, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
- Conduct direct observations of client sessions to monitor progress and provide real-time feedback to staff.
- Assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Provide hands-on support during challenging behavior interventions and teach advanced ABA techniques to staff.
- Engage in clinical decision-making alongside BCBAs to address client needs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Cases with no behavior technicians assigned, Supervisors are to provide temporary in person coverage at least 1 time a week.
Indirect Supervision (40%)
- Review data collected by RBTs and BTs, ensuring accuracy and guiding the team on data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical meetings and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and optimize therapy outcomes.
- Conduct treatment plan reviews, session notes audits, and supervise the proper documentation of client progress.
- Provide mentorship and professional development support to Behavior Technicians, guiding them in career growth and ABA knowledge.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination of care, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications:
BCaBA certification or enrollment in a master's program for one year or more, OR a master's degree in ABA or a related field (required).
Experience providing direct ABA services and supervising staff in an ABA setting (preferred).
Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Passionate about promoting skill acquisition, independence, and meaningful social participation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Familiarity with data collection systems, reporting, and documentation in clinical settings.
Knowledge of ethical standards in ABA as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Work Schedule:
- Flexibility in availability required.
- Must be available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday-Friday for at least 20-25 hours a week.
- Candidates are required to commit to a six-month set schedule upon hire.
