Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families through this hybrid position. Mass Pediatric ABA is offering a competitive hourly rate of $80–$90 per hour, based on education, experience, and clinical expertise. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!

Our BCBA will:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. All initial assessments must be completed in person.
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, with approximately 50% of supervision conducted in person.
- Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
- Hybrid position combining in-person and remote clinical responsibilities.
- 100% of initial assessments are conducted in person.
- Approximately 50% of ongoing supervision is completed in person. Remaining supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration may be completed remotely.

- Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Previous ABA Experience
- Completed CORI and Federal background check
- Driver’s License
