Valet Attendant FT/PT Late Nights

DRIVER- Valet Parking Attendant - to work in Verona, NY. 

We have openings for Late Night Staff - seeking FT or PT. We will consider staff that can work 2-5 nights. The primary hours are 7pm-3am, with some flexibility to the exact schedule.

Fun outdoor working environment.

Base pay for overnight staff is $17.50/hour, and valets typically earn more than $5-8/hour in tips. Average combined earnings can exceed $22-25/hour. Great part-time or full-time role, with a variety of hours available and flexible schedules!

Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (we can train in some situations)
Have your own transportation (driving experience)
Have experience working in customer service Must have a good driving record We require all employees to be cleanly shaven
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Both written and verbal communication.

Duties and responsibilities
To maintain a professional image for our client establishment
To assist any and all patrons in any way we can
To park their vehicle in a safe manner, ensuring its safety at all times
To run back to the valet station as quickly as possible, ensuring that customers will not have to wait for service
To get along well with their coworkers and enjoy their job

Physical Demands
Standing for the duration of your shift
Running up 25 times per shift or more
Entering and exiting customers' vehicles 25 or more times daily
Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of customers' vehicles)
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Work environment - Outdoors for the duration of the shift. Inclement weather (hot, cold, precipitation, etc) will have a significant impact on the employees' work environment. Shifts will not be canceled due to inclement weather and all employees will be required to attend their scheduled shifts, and maintain a high quality of work despite weather conditions.

We are seeking both full-time and part-time staff. Applicants with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security often make a good fit for this position. We can accommodate day and night shift hours and are flexible with schedules where possible.
