Impact you’ll make
- Fabricate/assemble metal components for commercial glass installations
- Work confidently with storefront framing systems and aluminum extrusions
- Cut and prepare herculite (all-glass) doors, including hardware preparation
- Cut and polish mirrors to precise dimensions and finish specs
- Measure, cut, and prep glass and metal per job specifications
- Operate shop tools and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with staging and preparing materials for field installation crews
- Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first shop
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What we’re looking for
- 2 years of metal fabrication experience (required)
- Experience with commercial storefront systems
- Knowledge of herculite door fabrication and hardware
- Mirror cutting and polishing experience
- Glass or metal shop background preferred
- Ability to read measurements and basic shop drawings
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop setting

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Location: In-person
Pay & perks
Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience
