Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a range of legal activities including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and negotiating solutions. The role will also involve client consultations, case strategy development, and representing clients in various legal proceedings related to Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation matters.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Law, particularly Personal Injury law, Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing Legal Advice to clients and stakeholders
- Strong Research abilities to gather and analyze legal information
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high caseloads and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation is a strong advantage
