What are the responsibilities and job description for the Postdoctoral Fellow The Brain Tumor Immunotherapy Laboratory position at Mass General Physicians Organization?
PhD or MD with focus in immunology, oncology, neurology/neuroscience, cell therapy, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
Direct experience with CAR T cells, in vitro immunologic assays, flow cytometry, and murine tumor models is highly desirable.
Experience with single-cell RNA-sequencing, spatial biology/transcriptomics, or computational/bioinformatic approaches is a plus.
Prior authorship of peer-reviewed publications.
Ability to work independently and contribute significantly to scientific writing and manuscripts.
Meticulous attention to detail and labmanagement skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
This is a full-time, on-site job at MGH's main campus, requiring occasional physical activity (e.g., lifting of lab boxes and materials). Postdoctoral fellows will be appointed through Harvard Medical School (HMS) and will receive a competitive salary and benefit package in accordance with NIH and HMS guidelines.
