Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the security operations within the hospital, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing security personnel, developing and implementing security policies, and coordinating emergency response efforts to mitigate risks and protect hospital assets

- Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to enhance safety and compliance.
- Supervise security personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and coordinate schedules for security team members.
- Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, and critical situations.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches, incidents, and accidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
