Essential Functions
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels, including new hires, existing employees, and supervisors.
- Assist in the implementation of incident reporting systems and processes.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, safety deficiencies, and non-compliance issues.
- Facilitate regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness and a positive safety culture.
- Assist in coordinating safety committee meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training activities, including attendance, completion, and certifications.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance safety programs, training materials, and processes based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
