The salary range for this position is $360,000 to $425,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements in quality, safety, access, equity, and cost performance across affiliate practices
- Serve as a physician liaison between community practices and system leadership, including PHSO, OCMO, and operational teams
- Lead practice performance reviews utilizing data and analytics
- Advance value-based care initiatives and improve population health outcomes
- Support practice transformation and innovation, including new care delivery models
- Enhance ambulatory workflows and improve clinician experience
- Identify and cultivate strategic growth opportunities across the network
- Promote physician engagement, development, and well-being
Education & Licensure:
- MD or DO required
- Active medical license (or ability to obtain) required
- Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or Business Administration (MBA) required
- 5–7 years of clinical experience in primary care
- 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in medical management or physician leadership roles
- Experience in value-based care and population health
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory operations and practice management
- Ability to influence and engage physicians and clinical teams
- Data-driven decision-making and performance management skills
- Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Be part of a leading integrated academic health system
- Lead transformation in community-based care delivery
- Collaborate with leaders across population health and clinical operations
