What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients across the lifespan in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting.
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with advanced practice providers, nurses, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of emergent and urgent medical conditions.
- Perform emergency procedures consistent with scope of practice and training.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical innovation initiatives.
- Contribute to departmental operations, including throughput optimization and evidence-based protocol development.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities for medical students and residents as applicable.
- Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, equity, and inclusion within the department.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM).
- Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
