Job Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of a duals product portfolio. Leads and implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Oversees communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Develops the program calendar, acts as key liaison to the organization, and supports various program activities. Analyzes key elements of the dual program and is responsible for providing updates to product leadership, organizational stakeholders, and external stakeholders. This includes creation of project plans, summary decks, and ad hoc deliverables. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other team members.

Essential Functions
- Supports program needs, at direction of product leadership, coordinating and monitoring standard and ad hoc duals product initiatives
- Is responsible for understanding duals contracts and supporting cross-functional teams in knowledge of key duals product considerations to support product functionality
- Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Monitor program progress and proactively address any deviations from plans or timelines
- Manages program communications, supports review of duals program materials, and serves as key liaison ensuring internal and external awareness of duals product initiatives and elements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred; experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
- At least 5-7 years of program management experience required
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience with Duals plans, Medicaid programs, or Medicare programs preferred
- Experience presenting to and engaging with external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, advocacy groups) preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.
