Summary

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring video surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activity, and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor video surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity.
  • Notify appropriate personnel in the event of an incident or emergency.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and communications.
  • Communicate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.
  • Work with facility staff to ensure video surveillance systems are operating properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and communications.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in conducting vestibular diagnostic tests. 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of video surveillance systems and software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
