Starting rate of pay is $41.09.

What Makes Home Care Different?
As an RN on our Home Care team, you will:
- Lead and coordinate individualized patient care plans
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home

Weekend RN Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Team, providing care North of Boston.
Schedule:
- Every other Saturday & Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, and care coordination, allowing you to focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
The RN Role in Home Care
Our Registered Nurses oversee and coordinate the full plan of care while collaborating closely with LPNs, therapists, and social workers to ensure patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care at home.
You’ll typically complete starts of care, resumptions of care, evaluations, or revisits.
While navigating transportation and parking in the city can be challenging, we will secure city parking passes for new team members to make your commute as convenient and stress-free as possible.
Job Summary
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse
- Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in acute care setting. Prior home care experience preferred
- Travel required within MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area
- Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service and ability to work with a diverse population
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and electronically
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of health care providers
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and adapt to unpredictable circumstances
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and adapt to changing situations
