* Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
* Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
* Strong verbal, written and electronic communications skills
* Travel required within Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home's geographic area
* Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices
