We are looking for a full-time Care Manager to conduct assessments, placements, and home visits throughout the state of Massachusetts. Must be willing to travel.
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Qualifications: A Bachelor degree in a related field, drivers license , and background check.
Experience: At least two years’ clinical experience in the care of elderly or disabled persons; or a social worker license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 per year
