This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator based in Pennsauken, NJ. The position involves supporting project operations by managing schedules, coordinating project activities, preparing reports, and assisting with documentation processes. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing administrative support, and ensuring project workflows are organized and efficient. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to facilitate project timelines, track progress, and support successful execution.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to maintain clear correspondence with stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing correspondence and documentation.
- Proficient in organization, time management, and multitasking to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and understanding project management software is preferred.
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction or restoration projects is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field is preferred.
