Duties
- Execute masonry restoration tasks including brick, stone, Pressure washing and caulking repair to match existing materials and finishes.
- Interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assess project requirements.
- The ability to work on many type's of scaffolding in high places.
- Operate power tools, hand tools and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone setting, stucco application, and tile installation.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site experience including working at heights or in confined spaces.
