Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Night Shift
Schedule Requirements
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living under the direction of nursing supervisors
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Serve and collect meal trays and assist residents with feeding as needed
- Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output information as directed

Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare with at least 1 year in long-term care experience is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, and move about in the work area and throughout the Home to accomplish tasks
- Express and exchange ideas via spoken word conveying information to others in an audible, accurate, and quick manner
- Perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Visual acuity to read, prepare, and analyze
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force on occasions
- Subject to temperature changes, but is generally not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions as the work is predominantly inside
Licensure
- Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- CPR certified
