Job Summary
We are looking for a strength and conditioning coach or certified personal trainer to start working a part time position. Open hours are a necessity as times for clients fluctuate.
Must feel comfortable and have knowledge in working with youth and advanced athletes.
***Coach would need to be willing to work as early as 5AM and as late as 8PM.***
Essentially we would prefer a coach that is willing to work 4-5 week days and Saturday, Sunday or both.
Please take into consideration that this opportunity is a pay per session and not set hours. Growth from our company continues so creating a part time to full time career is up to coaches desire for success.
The more availability a coach has the better opportunity to create a faster book of business.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create and implement proper strength training programs for all different age athletes and adults.
Maintain a professional connection with all clients and staff.
Report on a timely manner ready to work.
Qualifications and Skills
Coach or trainer must hold a valid certification.
Bachelors of Exercise Science, CSCS, NASM, CPPS is great but not mandatory.
Previous experience in the industry also would be beneficiary to our training environment.
