Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- 6-12 months experience working as a BBQ Pit Master
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work with heated equipment
- Experience with knives and cutting food
- Ability to work in a standing and moving position for long periods of time
- Experience working a pit and building a fire
- Must have knowledge in prepping meats and reading / knowing proper temps
- Part-time Fridays and full / part-time Saturdays preferred
