Job Description We are seeking a highly trained Armed Security/Executive Driver to deliver elite, professional protection and secure transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven security background, tactical awareness, advanced driving skills, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations. This role requires discretion, integrity, and the highest standards of professionalism, as the officer will be entrusted with the safety, privacy, and comfort of our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide armed security, close protection, and personal safety support for clients in a variety of environments and public settings. Safely and efficiently transport clients to destinations, adhering to route planning, traffic laws, and client-specific instructions while maintaining a protective posture. Conduct risk assessments and maintain heightened situational awareness during all assignments to identify, mitigate, and respond to potential threats or hazards. Implement and follow company security protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and client-specific guidelines, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity with calm, decisive, and professional judgment. Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times, safeguarding sensitive client information and operational details. Prepare and submit detailed reports and incident documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with team members, law enforcement, and other relevant authorities when necessary to enhance client safety and security.
Requirements Must possess a valid Florida Class D and Class G Security License, current and in good standing, with full compliance to all state and regulatory requirements. Valid Concealed Weapon/Firearm License (CCW) strongly preferred; candidates with additional firearms or tactical training will be given priority consideration. Demonstrated prior experience in armed security, executive protection, secure transportation, law enforcement, military, or a closely related protective services role. Exceptional driving record with proven defensive and protective driving skills, including experience operating in high-traffic, urban, and high-profile environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and situational awareness skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public at all times. Professional appearance, disciplined demeanor, and sound judgment, reflecting the standards expected in executive-level protection assignments. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and operations. Willingness and availability to work flexible, part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as operational needs require.
