Activities Aide
Mason Healthcare Center is looking for a dependable and energetic Activities Aide to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and creating a positive, engaging environment for residents.
Schedule:
Evenings: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Every other weekend: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and leading activities for residents
Encourage resident participation and social interaction
Help with games, crafts, entertainment, and group activities
Build positive relationships with residents
Assist with special events and celebrations
Help create a fun, welcoming environment
Maintain a safe and organized activities area
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with seniors preferred
Activities or recreation experience preferred
Friendly, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
