Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Colorado Springs, CO and immediately surrounding areas. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance in estate planning, business formation, trust administration, and probate matters. Duties will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, offering labor and employment law advice, engaging in negotiations on behalf of clients, and leading estate planning educational speaking events. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the firm's team in delivering high-quality legal services tailored to clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Colorado
- Strong expertise in Law, including estate planning, business law, or probate matters
- Knowledge and experience in Labor and Employment Law practices and procedures
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice with a client-centered approach and attention to detail
- Skilled in Research and the ability to analyze complex legal issues
- Competence in Negotiation and communication to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service
