OPERATIONS AND REPORTING ANALYST
Based in Reston, Virginia, we are a national financial planning and investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals, endowments, and Fortune 500 corporate sponsored financial planning clients.

We are seeking a strong Operations and Reporting Analyst who will work collaboratively with members of both the Reporting and Operations Departments on daily tasks to include the following:
Operations:
- Daily digital document filing.
- Assist with client requests for cash transactions.
- Assist with daily trading and reconciliation.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining the day-to-day reconciliation of accounts in our portfolio aggregation system.
- Assist in the production of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly performance reports for all Mason clients.
- Able to handle multiple requests at once and still provide accurate and timely responses/deliverables.
- Manual account data entry.
Skills and qualifications:
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and technical skills.
- Basic understanding of investment securities and terminology.
- Some college preferred.
