Provide direct supervision and coordination of department staff. Responsibilities include staffing and hiring, orientation and training, competencies, performance management including annual evaluations and coaching, process improvement, patient experience enhancements, and direct clinical patient care as needed. The supervisor's primary role will be to delegate tasks, coach, educate, support, and motivate front line staff.
