Mason-Grey is hiring a Process Engineer Analyst to work on a Hybrid schedule out of Palm Beach Gardens Florida.
POSITION: Process Engineer Analyst

LOCATION: Palm Beach Gardens FL
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate is a range of $65.00 to $73.00, commensurate with experience. This will annualize to an estimated range of $130,000 to $146,000 based on 40 hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. OT is payable at 1.5X base rate and will add to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.
JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE:
The Process Engineer Analyst plays a key role in supporting service operations by ensuring the effective management of spare parts, tooling, and operational processes. This role is responsible for coordinating activities that enable service readiness, including inventory oversight, change management, and project execution. The individual works cross-functionally with Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of resources, improve process efficiency, and maintain operational alignment. Additionally, the role supports ongoing service performance through structured reviews, documentation management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing spare parts inventory and tooling operations
· Coordinating tool calibration and ensuring field engineers have required equipment
· Processing administrative tasks such as ordering, shipping, and tracking tools for engineering teams
· Preparing standardized monthly project presentations and facilitating recurring project review meetings
· Maintaining consistency in reporting and operational processes across teams
· Relying on DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) for tracking project ownership and following up on deliverables
· Supporting change management activities, including coordinating engineering changes and routing change requests through Windchill Access
Required Skills and Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to present and speak clearly
· Project management experience
· PLM System Management
· Windchill Access
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
· Experience with Power BI
