As a Brand Ambassador at Mason Dixon Distillery, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and products to the public. This position is essential for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through authentic interactions and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mason Dixon Distillery at events, tastings, and promotions to engage with customers.
- Communicate the brand story effectively to enhance customer understanding and appreciation.
- Drive sales through direct customer interactions and relationship building.
- Collect feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences that reflect our core values.
- Help grow our brand one person at a time and one sample at a time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong public speaking abilities to represent the brand confidently at events.
- Availability: The majority of these events are Friday afternoons, and Saturday day time, though there will occasionally be events outside of those days/times.
- 21 years or older
- Willingness to get RAMP certified (online course in Responsible Alcohol Managment Program)
- Current/valid drivers license
