Help build the next iconic breakfast brand.
Mason Dixie Foods is on a mission to become the new face of American Comfort Food by transforming frozen breakfast through chef-driven, clean-label premium products. As we scale nationally, we're looking for a Brand Manager who wants to influence strategy, shape culture, and leave a visible mark on the natural products industry.
What you get:
- Direct access to the CEO and leadership team to express your ideas and show off your wins
- Ability to influence strategy - you ARE the marketing department, we want you to tell us what to do
- Fast decision-making - we don't have time to "circle back" - put the plan together and let's go
- Exposure to retailers and customers - sales don't happen behind a screen, they're F2F
- Real ownership of launches and campaigns - yes, we want to give credit where it's due
- Opportunity to grow into senior leadership - we move fast so you can grow fast too
Company Description
Based in Baltimore, MD, Mason Dixie is the fastest growing clean-label, frozen breakfast sandwich brand in the country. We are a rapidly growing company, scaling to be one of the top emerging brands in the United States, with 50% growth year over year.
We were founded to make people feel good about the food they crave. In a world of low-quality and conservative-value fast food options, our Founder & CEO Ayeshah Abuelhiga was determined to bring simple, from-scratch, comfort food to the masses through the freezer aisle. We’re a woman, POC, first-generation immigrant-owned business, committed to building a diverse team. We are underdogs committed to re- simplifying complex and overly-processed American comfort food.
Currently, Mason Dixie Foods has a dozen SKUs in the marketplace available in more than 10,000 locations across conventional grocery, natural/specialty, small format, and food service channels. And we want to welcome you to join our movement to make people feel good about the food they crave.
Here, your work won't disappear into a 20-person approval process. You'll see your ideas on shelves, in campaigns, and in consumers' carts. We want someone who wants to:
- Build a brand people genuinely love
- Grow our brand through community, storytelling, social engagement, partnerships, and real-world consumer connection
- Get their hands in multiple workstreams and cross-functional areas across marketing, sales, innovation, creative, and leadership teams to help bring campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and activations to life
