Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, peeling, portioning, and assembling ingredients under supervision
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by following proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Help with bussing tables, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas to promote a welcoming environment for guests
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations during busy periods
- Fill-in for cook as needed
