Job Summary
Our business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Skills Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Intermediate (or above) computer literacy
- Advanced problem solving and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available for day shifts during the week and a rotating Saturday morning shift
CSR Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls regarding orders, potential problems, questions, or general customer concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers/clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information as needed
- Work with coordinating teams to stay updated on changes in products and company policy, as well as stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Assisting company teams with projects as needed
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
