Responsibilities
- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Perform general maintenance including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout both communities
- Maintain the overall appearance of the property
- Communicate professionally with residents and vendors
- Assist with emergency maintenance when needed
- Travel between Mason at Hive and Redwood Crest as necessary
Requirements
- Apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
- Experience completing apartment turns and make-readies
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, and carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between both properties
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Full-Time
- On-call opportunities may be required
