Requirements- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (Class A or Non-CDL depending on unit)
- Must meet all FMCSA / DOT safety and compliance standards
- Must meet applicable SCA (Service Contract Act) requirements
- Clean MVR (no major violations within the last 3 years)
- Active authority, registration, and insurance (COI)
- W-9 Form and proof of drug consortium enrollment
- Reliable and well-maintained equipment
