Master Control Operator

What You’ll Do
As a Master Control Operator, you will:
- Perform final quality assurance checks on live sports broadcasts, ensuring all client-specific branding, graphics, and formats are accurate.
- Operate event workflows according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and manage multiple live events simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
- Identify potential issues proactively and take immediate corrective action.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow challenges to maintain uninterrupted broadcasts.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients using tools such as Zoom, RTS, and Slack.
- Escalate issues according to each client’s specific preferences and protocols.
- Cross-train across multiple client workflows to support operational flexibility.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Help drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas to optimize workflows and processes.
