Production Wire Technician I & II

Pay: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Wire Technicians I & II for full-time opportunities in Westborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly, panel wiring, trade school, or apprenticeship experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow their skills in a clean, professional advanced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will wire and build electrical control panels, power distribution systems, and sub-assemblies used in advanced machinery and equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and sub-assemblies
- Perform point-to-point wiring using schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Read and follow blueprints, bills of materials, and production documentation
- Install electrical components into enclosures and complete panel builds
- Use hand and power tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and related assembly tools
- Complete wiring, terminating, routing, and cable management tasks
- Work with Engineering and Quality teams to meet product and quality standards
- Support team builds and help train others as you learn new products and processes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, production wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly
- Electrical training through trade school, technical school, apprenticeship, or hands-on work experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Experience wiring, terminating, and assembling control panels or electrical sub-assemblies
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice to Have, But Not Required
- Technical school training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with capital equipment, advanced machinery, or complex electrical builds
- Experience working in a high-quality manufacturing or production environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to perform hands-on assembly work using tools and small components
