Mixer Operator

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you interested in working with in a Food Manufacturing? If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for Mixer operators to fill full time positions for 2nd shifts with a company in Brockton Mass Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year’s experience as a mixer operator and previous experience working in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities of Mixer Operators:

• Maintaining accurate weights
• Follow all GMP and general food safety requirements
• Monitoring and follow formulas. Adhering to all written procedures
• Following food defense procedures

Requirements of Mixer Operator:

• Mixer operator must have the ability to read and write English
• Must be able to complete paperwork by the mixer operator
• Solid communication between the mixer operator and team members
• Must display a positive attitude while working well as a team

Compensation/Benefits for the Mixer Operator:

• Salary: $17.00/hour depending on experience
