Tax Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee tax engagements in line with firm and professional standards
- Manage engagement planning, scheduling, and client communication
- Review tax returns and work papers for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct tax research and present findings to clients and team members
- Mentor, train, and guide team members while maintaining strong client relationships
Tax Supervisor Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of public accounting experience with strong technical tax skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and tax software (ProSystem fx, CCH Axcess Tax)
Tax Supervisor Compensation:
- $115k - $125k salary dependent on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Hybrid, in office Tuesday-Thursday
