Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an Maintenance Specialist (Planner / Scheduler) in Bloomingdale, GA . Position is temp-to-perm.
Initial Starting Salary : $26.00 per hour based on experienc
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm
Position Typ e : Temp-to-perm with good potential to convert to a permanent position
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
- Use systems to manage maintenance schedules and reporting such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems for all facility equipment.
- Track and measure the success of maintenance activities, such as PM work order completion rates.
- Perform systematic preventive maintenance, including inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with outside contractors to provide PM services for production equipment.
- Proactively identify potential equipment problems and assist in project implementation as needed .
