We are seeking candidates at different levels with compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical, systems, mechanical, and firmware engineers across multiple aerospace electronics programs.
• Plan and execute product development lifecycles, from concept through qualification, production, and support.
• Drive system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-STD).
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and prioritization to meet program goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program management, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure smooth integration and product realization.
• Manage engineering documentation, including specifications, schematics, test plans, and verification reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards for safety, reliability, and performance in space and avionics applications.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve team efficiency and product performance.
• Support customer engagements, proposals, and technical presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in aerospace or defense electronics development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with embedded systems, high-reliability electronics, radiation-tolerant or space-qualified components.
• Solid understanding of engineering development processes and standards (e.g., AS9100, NASA standards, ECSS, IPC).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with FPGA/ASIC design and verification.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methods.
• Knowledge of thermal and mechanical considerations for space hardware.
• Prior experience working with government agencies (e.g., NASA, DoD, ESA).

Education – Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
