Our client located North of Keene, NH is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Customer Service Manager position are as follows :
High School Diploma
3 years of recent and relevant customer service experience
Previous supervisory experience
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with NetSuite and E-commerce is a plus
Order processing experience
Ability to work in a high stress environment
Familiarity with website functionality
Analytical and reporting skills
Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple shifting priorities
Ability to work hours as required to meet customer needs Benefits you will receive as the Customer Service Manager :
Direct Hire position
Full time Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite

Manage daily operations of customer service department
Develop / implement department policies / procedures
Answer multi-line phone and take orders
Provide follow up assistance and respond to requests in a timely manner
Ensure superior customer service and support
Provide training for CSR and retail team members
Target new customer relationships, cold calling, networking, customer visits
Maintain strong existing customer relationships
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell
Maintain database
Use ERP system
Ensure improved service metrics to achieve superior customer service
Develop / implement growth strategies
